TikTok does not let apps create a live for you, so you copy a Server URL and Stream key from TikTok LIVE Center or LIVE Studio. Your account must have access to TikTok LIVE.
Steps
- Open the TikTok sectionIn the mobile app, open Platforms, choose TikTok, then Stream key setup (or use the TikTok section in Stream Setup).
- Tap “Get key from TikTok”TikTok LIVE Center opens inside EasyStream. Log in with the account you stream from.
- Start a new LIVE and choose streaming softwareTikTok shows a Server URL and a Stream key. Copy both. Only accounts with LIVE access see this, and on some accounts the key only appears inside the TikTok LIVE Studio desktop program.
- Fill in the boxesTap Grab key if the page shows the values, or paste them into the TikTok Server URL and TikTok Stream Key boxes.
- Check, then Start StreamingCheck is a format check only. TikTok confirms the key when the stream connects.
- Go live on TikTokPress Go LIVE in TikTok once your stream appears there. TikTok has no private test mode, so your followers will see it.
Good to know
- TikTok controls who can use third-party streaming. Third-party guides report a rule that most recent content must be gaming-related, with a 14-day wait before reapplying if access is removed.
- Keys can change, so copy a fresh one if a stream will not start.
- EasyStream has asked TikTok about a direct integration. Until that exists, TikTok works through pasted keys.
