EasyStream is a multi-platform live streaming application that enables users to broadcast live video content simultaneously to multiple platforms including YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Twitch, and custom RTMP destinations. The Service includes features such as:

• Multi-platform simulcasting
• Stream management and scheduling
• Overlay and scene management
• Payment processing and monetization
• Chat aggregation and moderation
• Viewer data collection
• AI-powered camera features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use the Service
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Security

• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access
• You may not share your account credentials with third parties

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Prohibited Content

You agree not to stream, upload, or share content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes upon intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Is defamatory, libelous, or fraudulent
• Contains explicit sexual content or nudity (unless permitted by platform policies)
• Promotes violence, illegal activities, or dangerous behavior
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violates privacy rights of others

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5. Content Ownership and License

6.1 Subscription Fees

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). You agree to their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for payment processing errors or disputes.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are provided at our sole discretion, except where required by law. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after the service period has begun.
